Please read my terms before ordering a commission

General Terms

🩵 Digital art commission. Nothing will be physically shipped to you. It should be sent to you via Email🩵 This is not first come, first serve. Sometimes, clients have orders that are beyond my skills/forte/art style. And for that I have to politely decline the opportunity to render art services.🩵 I have the right to include commission work as part of my portfolio. Under the copyright law, Even the art is commissioned, I still I have the rights to post it in my social media accounts, put it in my portfolio or even make a merchandise from it. (Applicable only to commissioned fanarts of a series).
The OCs belong to their respective owners.🩵 VERY IMPORTANT! Please tell me if you would NOT allow me to post the commissioned art yet (even WIPs), and/or you want to remain anonymous🩵Commissioned art is for the commissioner's use/personal use only and not to be used commercially unless discussed with me. (DM for commercial use, for negotiations)🩵 Please credit me (@haronyaa) when using or reposting the artwork commissioned. (unless we already discussed about commercial use)🩵 Please provide specific details about the character to be illustrated; such as pose, expression, clothes, color theme, etc. This will help make turnaround faster, and closer to your liking~🩵 Not having a reference would mean: it's a character design commission. Price will be additional 30% from the base price. Please provide detailed description for it and turnaround time will depend on how you approve my sketches, pose, color, etc.🩵 Please allow me to work on the project for 5 to 7 days (depending on complexity of the request) to ensure the quality of the commissioned work ~🩵Background will be in a plain solid color, gradient, or simple bg. Please specify beforehand if you wanted a transparent version. (It's free of charge, just let me know)🩵 Revisions up to 3 times only! No revisions once the sketch is approved. Minor changes is OK. Telling me to redo everything from the start = MAJOR change. That is a whole another commission so you have to pay 100% of the price for me to do that. (So please be very specific as much as possible)🩵 It is recommended that the client (you) to be active in chat/direct messages so that we can discuss how the commissioned artwork look like, after all I would like to please you with the art that you want~🩵 Please communicate with me with the same platform we first talked (i.e., twitter DMs/email) so that we can easily keep track of the details for the drawing as well as the compensation for my services.🩵 If you fail to follow the rules provided, then I have the right to decline your commission.🩵 Payment is upfront or 50% downpayment (commission art to be sent once FULLY PAID, and through PayPal Invoice, Ko-fi (international clients) and GCash & Maya (Philippines) only. Because viewing sketches / drafts without paying is unfair..🩵 For international clients: I will send you a PayPal invoice containing the details of the order, if I decide to accept your commission. The invoice will contain detailed description of the commission. Please pay within 48 hrs from date of receiving invoice.🩵 For Philippine/local clients: I shall be giving my Gcash-generated QR code / Maya username when I decide to accept your commission order. Transaction details shall be documented in an email thread for convenience of both parties. (And yes for your peace of mind as well hehe)🩵Sending payment means: you agree with the terms and conditions I specified for the art commission🩵 Important: I DO NOT offer refunds. You must be 100% sure that you would like to commission me. EXCEPTION: if i cannot deliver within the agreed date and time.
